"Catching Up" (Ferd and Ferd only!)

[Kathleen Pace]

As she unlocked the front door to her condo and stepped in with Ferdinand following her, she heard the song "You Are Not Alone" playing from her stero system in the living room. "Ooops, I forgot to turn that off before I left! Whoops!" Kathleen told Ferd as she skipped across the living room and switched the stero system off.

She remembered listening to it that morning, not only mourning the loss of MJ (RIP MJ), but also reminding her that she was not alone. Kathleen had been feeling quite lonely for the past months with Ferd's departure. She had done so much sexy flirting just to cover up her true feelings, but really she missed him a lot. Kathleen was not sure what would happen when she had relunctantly agreed to be Ferdinand's wife, but after a period of time without him she realized that she did in fact want and need him.

Kathleen turned to Ferdinand and looked into his eyes. They were such beautiful eyes, filled with passion and beauty, yet she saw they were hinted with sadness. Instinctively Kathleen went up to him, hugged him romantically and kissed him.

"I missed you so much, Ferdy," she said as she laid her head on his shoulder.

Ferdinand fought back tears and as he felt Kathleen's luscious lips pressed against his, he figured he might as well have some fun if he might die.

He lifted her up and carried her to the couch, where he continued kissing her and embracing her.

"I love you so much..." he said

After a while, he slowly and gently reached his hand down below her back.

"Is it ok?" he asked

Kathleen was mesmerized by her fiance as she was carried off to the couch. His lips felt so good on hers and his touch was just pure magic. She was totally ready for anything he had in store for her.

"Is it ok?" he asked

"Well," Kathleen said in a sexy tone, "This couch is soooo rough on my back. I'm sure my bed would be a much better place for whatever you have planned."

Ferdinand once again lifted Kathleen, and this time placed her on the bed,

"Is this better?" he whispered into her ear.

Before he let her answer, he passionately kissed her once more. If this felt so good, he could only imagine what sex would be like.

He gently moved his hand to her belt...

Kathleen could not believe she was doing it. After all her flirting with guys, after all her butt slapping and drunk make out sessions, she had never actually DONE it. However, despite the fact that she was a wild girl, in the end she was glad that her first session was with her future husband.

Kathleen grinned as she looked at him. Before she knew it, she had taken off her work out pants and her work out top. All she was left with was her thong and her tiny bra (both vibrant pink).

THE NEXT MORNING--------------------------------------------

Ferdinand opened his eyes, and was surprised to see he wasn't in his room. He rolled over and felt a warm body next to him. It startled him at first, but then he remembered what happened the night before.

He kissed the back of Kathleen's head, hopped out of bed and realized he was naked. He found his gym clothes and put them on.

He entered the kitchen and made a nice breakfast of fried eggs, toast, hashbrowns, bacon and coffee. He found a tray and silverware and put in on a folding table next to Kathleen's bed.

The morning arrived as Kathleen laid in her bed, grinning. The night before seemed so unreal. It was a dream come true. It could not have been all real. Everything had been so perfect. Absolutely perfect.

She snuggled the covers and rolled over in her comfy bed...over a little too much. With a yelp, she rolled off the edge of the bed and found herself on the groud. It was then that she realized that she was naked. "HOLY SHIT!!" Kathleen surprisingly. She quickly threw on a sports bra and a pair of very short capris (her usual at-home outift). Kathleen then noticed a tray filled with breakfast next to her bed.

"Awwwww he's such a cutie," Kathleen said to herself, blushing as she took the food and quickly ate it all up.

Ferdinand was sitting on the bed behind her

"Um, Baby Bear, there is something I need to tell you. And after I tell you, I'm not sure you'll want to be with me anymore." he said

He sighed. But she needed to know.

"I have testicular cancer."

Kathleen gobbled up her breakfast so quickly that she didn't realize that Ferd was right behind her. She jumped on him and had a quick make out session before she sat on the bed with him.

"I love you so much Ferdy!" Kathleen said, giving him more kisses.

"Um, Baby Bear, there is something I need to tell you. And after I tell you, I'm not sure you'll want to be with me anymore." he said

"What do you mean?" Kathleen said stunned. For a moment, there was silence. What news could be so bad that she wouldn't love him anymore? The only thing she could think of was if he was cheating on her, but it couldn't be. Ferd was way too sweet. Then again, she hadn't heard from him for so long.

"I have testicular cancer."

Kathleen stared at him completely stunned for at least three minutes. "Ferdy," Kathleen said softly, "Why didn't you tell me? Is that why I haven't seen you for so long? You've been in the hospital? Oh my god...." She was silent again. Then, she leaned forward and hugged him. "Ferdy, nothing would ever make me leave your side. I love you."

Ferdinand was fighting back tears. For a while now he had thought there was no point in going on. But there was, and she was standing right in front of him.

"They caught it extremely early. They gave me a long window to get it removed, and they've been running tests, as they have never caught it this early before. I didn't think you would want to be with a guy with cancer... anyway I have an operation tonight and next week I start Chemo." he said

It felt good to open up to her. But at the same time he was scared. Terrified. He began to silently cry.

Tears started to pour down Kathleen's face. She couldn't believe that her fiance's health was at risk. She wanted him to be ok, she wanted him to be fine. And yet the fact that he had cancer and needed surgery and chemo, two very risky processes, made her very worried about him.

And yet at the same time, the tears were tears of joy, a joyful feeling that she was with him, next to his side and feeling his warmth. It was a bittersweet feeling for her.

"It'll be alright," Kathleen said, "I know you'll be alright. You'll get through this. Omg, Ferdy, I love you so much." She dug her face into his chest, "I love you so much. This is a scary thing, but you will get through this."

Ferdinand lifted her head out of his chest and kissed her with passion that burned stronger than ever before.

"I'll be okay... it is 90% curable... but still... I'm terrified"

Tears kept pouring down his face as he tightly embraced Kathleen and lay down on the bed.

"Yes, I know it will be alright in the end..." Kathleen cried as tears continued to pour down her face. Everything made her so scared. She did not want to loose him. He was the perfect man, and she was so lucky to be marrying him. But everything would be fine, hopefully.

Kathleen laid down with him, cuddled up with Ferdy on the bed and kissed him passionately.
