My life has been laced with so much tragedy, I wonder how I can still be alive. I was born in the Ghetto of New York City. My father was a gangleader who was killed in a gangfight. The gang came after our family, and I am now the only one left. I was sent to live with my 3rd cousin who I'd never met. He sexually abused me and was sentenced to prison. I went back and forth from abusive foster-families and eventually ended up with a good family when I was 13. They were the most kind-hearted souls I had ever met. Finally I could settle down in one place. Until I started hanging with the wrong crowd in school. They planted drugs in my locker and I was expelled. My girlfriend thought I was a drug-dealer. We got in a huge fight and soon after, she died in a car accident. The last words I spoke to her when she was in the hospital were that I loved her. But she died at that moment. I turned to the last chance I had to make something of myself. I started writing songs, which really helped me deal with the loss. Eventually I started singing and I feel like this is my last chance to be something. If I don't make it here, I'm basically screwed for life. |

She couldn't support me, so she put me up for adoption. I was adopted by David Starfold, yes the famous one. He let me keep my last name, and renamed me Carson. He is a great father, but I refuse to take a record deal from him. I want to earn it just like everyone else. He has given me the greatest singing training possible and pampered me to no end. I've been handed everything in life and now it's my turn to make something of myself. |

Ahh!!!!!! She was too cute! We HAVE to become friends Sarah! Oh yeah, there were two more auditioners we can't see today. But I'll tell ya their results! Jennifer Portman got two yeses straight to Hollywood! There was also Heather Lanes. She got a yes from Brian but a no from Gavin. How sad!

I don't know how you could say no to him. I really like your voice Ryan. I don't know if that was the best audition song to use though. That kind of threw me off. I would say yes though but since Gavin said no, thanks for coming. I'll fire him for ya next year. Just kidding Gavin!
