James waited in the recording studio for Ashton, the So You Think You Can Sing Season 1 winner. It was early morning, and despite the fact that James was slightly tired with only a protein bar and some toast for breakfast, he was also ready to work with Ashton in preparing the singer's first album. He couldn't wait to release it. Hopefully, it would be a big hit and hit number one on the charts.
James looked at his watch as he stood. His hand was propped onto a table as he leaned on it, standing with one foot planted on the ground, the other crossed over and planted on the tip-toe. "Hope he gets here early..." James mumbled. He wanted to work on his album as soon as possible.

Ashton walked in, at quarter to 11. "Gee, I hope I'm not late!" he thought.
He saw James at the front of the studio."Hey!" he called out. He practiced a ton this last month, and was not ready to disappoint.

James was about to call Ashton and ask where he was when he suddenly heard someone call his name. He turned to see Ashton, walking towards him. "About time you got here," James said to Ashton, grinning, "Well, excited about your first album? Ready to get in there and work?"

"Not really." Ashton laughed. He was sleep-deprived last night, because he was both stressed and excited to record his album. "But let's go."

"Well, let's get started then," James said to Ashton with a grin on his face. He walked into the recording studio, motioning the singer to follow him in.
As the entered, they were met with the equipment in the studio, including all the buttons and gadgets that sat scattered about. Behind a glass window stood a recording area, equiped with a microphone, earphones and other items needed to record music.
"We aren't quite there yet," James said as he motioned Ashton to follow him towards a round table in the corner, three chairs surrounding it and a stack of paper and a pen on it.
"Take a seat, Ashton," James said to the boy, "Now, we have to first plan what is going to be on your CD. We'll try to mix it up with a few covers and some original songs. I also know that we will be adding Angels Brought Me Here as a bonus track. You can have up to 12 songs, plus the bonus. Anything got on your mind?"

Um.. how about a few covers. A few I sang. "I Need You", "The Boxer", "Clocks", and "Amazed".
I'll also do covers like "Desperado", "Easy" (kind of a countryish version", and "Lean on Me".
I'm in the process of writing 2 original songs right now, so they'll be last on the cd.
Any suggestions from you?

((lmao, ok I know we should finish this, but it's quite hard to do in rp....
I guess you should just give me a list of the songs you want to have on there. Maybe some original songs here and there. You don't have to write out the lyrics, if you don't want to.))

But if you plan to perform any of your original songs live, like if you have a tour in the future, I suggest you do write out the lyrics/get someone to write them for you. Also, I need a picture for the album, preferrably of your celebrity. If there's a picture that you want to use but it's not of him, then I can just photoshop a head on  |
