She couldn't feel anything. Her mind was off. She seemed like she was in a death state. But all she really was was she just fainted. It was at the ANTS Reunion Party, after she saw Tyler in his condition. It was just too much for her. And now she was in a bed at the hospital.
A little while ago, doctors and nurses were helping her breathe with all those things and stuff I don't quite know the name of, blah blah blah. It must've been scary for the people at the party to witness her laying on the floor. A little later though, her eyes opened and her mind turned back on.
"Where am I?" she asked.

Tyler brought everything he could think of. Flowers, chocolate, balloons, a huge teddy bear, even a brand new Alienware laptop. He hated himself. This was all his fault, and he felt terrible.
He hurt her again. He wouldn't give himself the chance. He wasn't there for her when she woke up. He only left a note.
'Dear Sally,
I'm sorry for everything I've done to you. Everything, all of this, is my fault. I've hurt you so many times, and though I love you, I think it is time we go our seperate ways. I'm done hurting you, and I won't ever do it again. I am going to Amsterdam to look into stem cell surgery. I just pray you can find someone better than me.

The doctors told Sally everything that had happen. Her mind didn't remember the party very well. She remembered nothing but seeing her man in a wheelchair. Hearing the words "I got shot." The doctors left the room and said Sally could leave after a few hours of rest. A little later, a nurse came in and brought all these things in. Flowers, chocolate, balloons, a large teddy bear, and wow, even a laptop. But the nurse told her it was all from one person. It was from Tyler Hart.
The nurse almost forgot to give Sally the note. Sally opened it up and read it.
Dear Sally,
I'm sorry for everything I've done to you. Everything, all of this, is my fault. I've hurt you so many times, and though I love you, I think it is time we go our seperate ways. Sally dropped the note as it landed slowly on the ground like all paper did. As the first tear came down her face before many more tears came down.

David walked in with an armful of mail from concerned fans, as well as a new PDA from him. He saw all the gifts and then saw Sally crying. He responsively asked
"What is wrong with my favorite client?"
He walked over to her with a sincere caring feeling. He really got to know and care about his clients. They were his family.

Sally suddenly heard a familiar voice. It was David Starfold. The person who signed her and put out her very first CD. Of course she recognized his voice.
"Oh, hey there. It's just, um.......................................................................it's nothing."
Sally didn't feel comfortable telling him. But she was really heart broken inside.

Brooke found the time that day to visit Sally Carton in the hospital. She did not know her well, but she knew she was dating Tyler, a good friend of Brooke. Plus, after seeing her pass out at her party, she needed to make sure that Sally was alright.
Brooke hurried up the stairs of the hospital to Sally's room, since the elevator seemed to be out of order. In her hands she carried a bundle of daisies and dafidiles and other flowers, as well as a get well greeting card. She soon located Sally's floor and finally entered the girl's room.
The room was filled with many get well gifts. Brooke had trouble getting through the crowd of things to get to Sally. When Brooke got to her bed, she noticed that David Starfold was already there, visiting. Sally seemed to be in tears. Brooke wondered why.
"Oh, am I interupting something?" Brooke asked, noticing the two were talking, "I'm very sorry."

Sally then heard another voice. She remembered the voice. It was Brooke. They met in a coffee shop before.
"Oh, hey there! I'm sorry I kinda ruined your party. Heh heh. Everything's alright."

"Oh, the party doesn't matter," Brooke said to Sally, "I just came to check on you. Are you ok? I brought you these."
Brooke showed Sally the flowers and the Greeting Card she had brought for her. Then, Brooke placed the items on a nearby table among a stack of chocolate boxes and a balloon that sat, waddling in the air.
"So," Brooke returned to Sally's side, "when are you gonna be released?"

"They say I can rest for a few hours and then I'm free to go," said Sally.
Sally made one last look at the message Tyler left. She couldn't help it. She began to tear up again, but was still trying to stop them from coming down. She couldn't stop it.

"Oh, good," Brooke said, relieved that Sally would be alright. At the party, Brooke was really worried for her. She had fallen on her hardwood floor. Brooke had been worried that Sally had gotten some brain damange or something worst. It was a good thing to hear that everything was under control...at least that's what she thought.
As Brooke noticed Sally's tears drip from her face onto a letter that was held in her hands, Brooke immediately got worried. "Sally, what's wrong?" Brooke asked as she sat down on the bed next to Sally.

Sally saw her as Brooke sat down on the bed next to her after asking what was wrong. Sally knew she wouldn't be able to shake it off if Brooke came all the way down here just to see her. Maybe telling her and David about the note isn't the baddest idea.
"Tyler left me this note."

Brooke took the note from Sally's hands and looked over it. A surprised expression eventually embedded itself onto her face. It was such a bittersweet letter. She was so happy that Tyler could possibly have the oppurtunity to walk again, but it also meant he was leaving Sally. Brooke turned to Sally when she finished.
"Sally, I'm so sorry," was all Brooke could say.
