A tear ran down David's face. He couldn't believe Tyler was dead. Formerly his most valued client, but also a great friend. Tyler was like the son David never had, and he held this memorial service to commemorate the life of Tyler. There would be a funeral service, but a very small one open to only family members and his closest friends.
He looked out in the crowd of thousands. Clients of his, Tyler's family members and friends, Tyler's fans, and his former fellow soldiers all gathered to celebrate the life and mourn the death of Tyler Hart. It was terrible that a random act of violence hurt the hearts of so many.

Gary walked into the memorial of Tyler Hart, a singer he was a big fan of. As he thought about why anybody would murder such an innocent human being, he saw David Starfold.

"I just wanted to tell you how sorry I am. I know you worked with Mr. Hart, and this must be such a difficult time for you. He was a great man, and I don't know who woulld do such a horrible thing to him." Gary patted David on the back.

"Thanks, it means a lot." he said.
David walked up to the podium, ready to speak.
"We are gathered here today to celebrate the life and mourn the tragic death of a phenomonal artist, an American soldier, and one of the greatest men I have ever met." he said.
"Tyler Frank Hart was a great man indeed. In his younger years, he devoted his life to his music. He captivated most of us when he entered America's Next Top Singer. His beautiful voice and great personality earned him 4th place. And although it broke many of our hearts, he went on to become the most successful of the alumni on that season." he continued.
"Tyler left his first tour, and quit the label of Starfolds, saying he made a big mistake in his relationship with Sally Carton. He enlisted in the army to make himself a better person. During his short time with the army, many say he was already becoming a leader. Unfortunately, he was shot in the back, which paralyzed him from the waste down. Shortly after his return to the United States, he departed for Amsterdam to get stem cell surgery. It was successful and he was able to walk again. He was set free from this world that night when he was mugged and shot by two men, who are now both in prison. May this be an example to us all of how much violence can hurt others. We will now show you a few clips from Tyler's life." he finished.
He stepped away and a video played of Tyler played while the song 'Finally Home' by MercyMe plays.

Gary felt a cold tear run down his cheek. He watched the video, and even though he had never met Tyler, he felt that some of himself was missing.

Sally was bawling her eyes out. She couldn't believe Tyler was murdered. I mean, who would do such a thing? She couldn't stop crying because she truly was in love with him. And now Sally feels like she has nothing in this world. Nothing. She took another tissue and kept crying.

Gary saw a girl crying so hard. He slowly approached her.
"I'm so sorry about your loss. It must've been so hard losing Tyler." Gary knew that she must have somehow been very close to Tyler, considering her bawling.

"We now have something special for all of you. Rori Hart, Tyler's sister, is going to perform her song Poor Thing." he said.
The lights dimmed and Rori came on stage.

Rori stepped out into the spotlight. She'd always imagined herself here, but never in her wildest dreams had she imagined it would be at her brother's memorial service.
With glassy eyes, she began her song.
"When it happens to someone else
You say how sad
You say poor thing
But when it's you it's something else
It's everything."
A single tear fell down Rori's cheek. She felt a swirl of emotions. Agony, pain, fear, anger, despair all swelled up in her heart. Everything seemed like it didn't matter anymore.
"I'm sorry I can't do this..." she said, tears streaming down her face now.
She left the stage. She went into her dressing room. She saw a pair of scissors and took them in her hand. She pressed he edge against her arm until blood came out.
Rori cut herself.

Jackson came to the memorial to pay his dues to Tyler. He was one of the biggest inspirations in his music, and it was a tragedy. He didn't know him personally, but he was a great man from what the media said.
Then he saw Sally Carton. She was bawling her eyes out. She was dating Tyler, so it must have been difficult for her. It reminded him of when he lost him step-father. His closest friend and role model. Also due to a random act of violence.
"Sally, I just wanted to say that I am so sorry. I don't know if you know me, but I know how it feels to lose someone close to you." he told her.

Sally heard two voices from two people. Both strangers to her. But she really appreciated them both trying to comfort each other.
"Thank you guys. He was a great guy..."
Then she cried a little more.

Sally took another tissue and wiped her face. She didn't seem to stop crying since she found out. She put the tissue in her bag. Which was filled with many used tissues. Sally didn't care though. She was just heartbroken.

This brought back hard feelings for Jackson. How could anyone just kill another person like that? It makes so many people suffer...
