Danielle walked onto the beach.
"What the hell am I doing here?" She thought to herself. She looked down at her bulging belly. She thought about that awful jerk, Carson, that got her this way. What was she thinking, trusting him?
She was fully dressed, and didn't plan on putting on a bathing suit. She was looking around the beach for a place to sit, when something caught her eye. No, someone.

Carson walked out of his beachhouse. His father gave it to him since Danielle was pregnant. As he looked out over the horizon, he spotted someone looking scared and depressed. Someone beautiful who he knew well.
The girl he impregnated. His past. Danielle.
He hesitantly walked towards her. He couldn't believe he did this to that poor girl. His girlfriend of three months and him hadn't even done anything like that and he loved her more than he ever loved Danielle. Right?
"Hey," he said, trying to be calm.

Danielle heard a voice that made her heart break. She looked up, tears foriming in her eyes.
"Carson," Danielle started, "I'm sorry. I'm getting an abortion. If you had to go through this pain, you would do the same."
Danielle cried hard. She was a mess. A pregnant teen, worried, stressed, and confused. She needed someone to talk to. A girl.
"Carson, I'm sorry, but I just can't let this..." She looked down, "let this happen to me." She looked at Carson, and knew when those eyes hit her. She was still in love with this guy.

"Danielle... this baby is just as much mine as it is yours," he said.
"I can't you let you kill my child," he said, trying to be firm but almost crying.
"I have money, I have a house, I have everything it could need,"
He looked down and their eyes met. Her big, brown soft eyes. She looked scared. Terrified.
He gave her a hug. He didn't know what else to do.

Riley was sitting on the beach holding her baby boy. Her life had changed for the better since he was born. She was married to a great guy, she had the greatest joy in the world, and she still had her whole life ahead of her.
She looked around. She saw an incredibly good looking guy and a girl close by. Shehe sort've knew the guy, he was a celebrity. Carson Starfold. She didn't recognize the girl, but the look in her eyes reminded her so much of how she used to look. The girl looked down, and for the first time, Riley noticed her bulging belly. No wonder she looked so scared. She was pregnant.
Riley felt like she should say something to her. She was unsure.

"Carson, you have all those things you mentioned. I don't. I don't even know where I'm going to sleep tonight. You have a girlfriend. I don't have anybody to take care of this kid!" Danielle started bawling. "MY LIFES A LIVING HELL! YOU KNOW THAT CARSON!" Danielle didn't know what was going on. She was usually calm... She was still crazy over this guy.

"Come live with me!" he said.
"I'll take care of you, and I'll take care of her," he explained, "You two are my responsiblity now,"
Carson felt proud of what he was doing. For the first time in his life he was doing something that wasn't for his personal gain.

Danielle remembered the last time she listened to Carson. It turned out terrible. "No, Carson. I can't trust you." With that, Danielle walked away from Carson and rested on the sand.

Riley saw the girl walk away from Carson. She felt a motherly instinct to do something. She walked over to where the girl was sitting, with Alec in her arms.
"Um, hi, I'm Riley..." she said.
"Listen, I'm a teenage mother. I know it is really scary right now. It is one of the scariest things anyone can do. But I can tell you from experience that being a mother, although hard, is really rewarding and actually kind of fun," she said.
"Just remember this," she said, "You have to let go of the past and just do whatever you have to do to give your child a stable life,"

"Um... hi..." Danielle was a little hesitant talking to Riley.
"Did the father of your baby leave you?" Danielle kind of just blurted out that question. It must have been uncomfortable... But she wanted to know the truth.

"Well, he did, he kind of had some anger issues, but he won me back and we are married," she said.
Riley just put something together in her head.
"Wait a minute... I saw you talking to Carson Starfold... is he, you know, the father?" she asked.

"The way he looked at you... it was like, I don't know, he was looking at someone he loved," she said.
"He has always seemed like a decent guy, I've talked to him a few times. And if he is your child's father, maybe you should investigate it a bit further..." she said.
